We came home to Sundown, Dec 26th to have our own family time with our boys. There were times in the past years when we didn't get much time at all with them....one year only 20 minutes. So this year, we decided to make it a point to come home away from everyone and have Christmas with our kids! We don't get the boys much--only 5 gifts each. And some of them are way cheap (like $5)!! But they love them all the same and enjoy unwrapping them!
Daddy started off the evening with the Christmas story. Isaiah really did like this part. I just caught him in the middle of a blink.
Drew got a little soft dog and cat. These were his favorite things!
The boys got all the Madagascar movies! This was a huge hit!
And of course, more trains!
We had fun and made a huge mess! What a blessing to have our boys and have our time at home with them.
Isaiah got a scooter this year. He had seen his neighbor Max on his and had wanted one! We had fun in the kitchen riding on it.
And Isaiah said, "Mom we finally have enough trains for both of us and we don't have to share!"
