Drew went to see Dr. Klepper today for his 6 month checkup. He waited like a big boy on the table, sitting up tall and showing off his new skills. Dr. Klepper walked in and Drew was all smiles as if to say "Good Morning!" The first thing out of the doctor's mouth was, "Wow Drew you had quite a weight gain these past 3 months. Way to go Buddy!" Drew is now in the 90th percentile in both height and weight. He is not quite 6 months and weights 20.5 lbs. and is 27.5 inches tall. He is our chunky little guy. The doctor said that his torso is very long and he is bound to be a pretty big boy! (Kyle was secretly jumping for joy inside and already making plans for him to play Division I basketball somewhere. Oh brother, he we go....) He had a great appointment and was so tough when the nurse gave him 3 shots. He cried on the 3rd one but only for a few seconds. Then that big smile returned! We are so blessed for a strong, healthy, perfect, precious little boy! Here he is waiting like a big boy to see the doctor. His mohawk hair makes him look like a cone head!
